Permissions Policy

Gerry Moylan owns the content on this Web site. It is copyrighted in his name. He wants to strike the appropriate balance between getting his content widely distributed while at the same time protecting his intellectual property rights. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Without Gerry's Permission

You are free to do the following without Gerry's permission:
  • Link to his site or any specific post on his site.
  • Extract and re-post less than 200 words on any other site, provided you link back to his original post.

Not Without Gerry's Permission

You must have Gerry's express written consent to do any of the following:
  • Use this content for commercial purposes, including selling or licensing printed or digital versions of Gerry's content.
  • Alter, transform, or build upon this work.

Re-posting and Translation Rights

Gerry does not permit the re-posting of his posts in their entirety. This is because Google penalizes websites for publishing duplicate content. It often can’t tell which site hosts the original, so Gerry risks getting penalized for granting such permission.

In addition, Gerry doesn’t allow the translation and publication of his work in other languages. He simply doesn’t have the resources to validate the quality of the work.

If you have some use for Gerry's content that is not covered here, please email him at scragola@gmail.com

Thanks to Michael Hyatt and his great blog for this disclaimer.
